As a kids minister at Sulamita Church, I recognize the importance of improving my teaching skills. Therefore, I agree to the following 3 requirements as part of my one year commitment:

1. ATTEND 1 (ONE) KIDS MINISTRY CONFERENCE PER YEAR (Sept 28, Seattle, WA). Kids Ministry will cover cost of confenrence and travel
2. ATTEND 1 (ONE) SEMINAR PER YEAR (TBD)
3. ATTEND 3 (THREE) SCHEDULED STAFF MEETINGS (dates will be announced)
